Details:

1. The technology is composed of pre treatment, reversed filter, terminal treatment and electric controlling system;

2. The raw water treatment system is composed of raw water tank, raw water pressure increased pump,quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, fine filter and others;

3. The reversed filter feeding device is matched with one set standing type multi grade high pressure pump from the GRUNDFOS which can make the feeding water reach up to the certain pressure to block the water molecule penetrating reversed filter so as to separate the ion from the molecule. The reversed filtered water can remove the 97% of the electrolyte. The film is BW30-8040 high salt-remove rate lower pressure composite film from USA and with 5 pieces film components installed in three pieces stainless steel pressure container and ranges as 2-1;

4. After sterilizing by ultraviolet radiation and blocking the micron or sub-micron grade suspend, microbe, grains, bacilli and colloid, the water flow to usage spot through terminal pure water pump;

5. With the centralized controlling mode(auto and manual), the system is equipped with technological simulating screen. The running condition can be observed clearly. All liquid level and motive pump are interlocked;
