In-pipe operation part is an electrical and mechanical Integration operation car, is fixed X-Ray machine, PLC control system and Battery etc on it. Outside-pipe monitor part includes remote control system, monitor and power. The operation car inside pipeline can auto-complete forward, backward, stop, location and transillumination workings etc, in accordance with the operator remote instruction by outside-pipe monitor system. The working processes are: operator remote control the operation car walking inside the pipeline, at same time outside pipe monitor and working state monitor can surveillance the operation car's working situation, when the monitor display the weld, operator remote control the operation car locate accurately at the weld, then press the KV ON button, PLC control system start high voltage of the X-Ray machine, the film outside the weld carries on 360 ° circumferential exposure. So that it complete one ring weld transillumination detecting in one time.
